Edward Rose Property Group, operating as a Your Move franchise partner, has bolstered its market position in Southsea through the acquisition of Flats in Southsea, an established lettings operation. The transaction marks the retirement of founder Alwin Oliver, who is transitioning out of the property management sector.

The deal consolidates 109 managed properties into the Your Move Southsea portfolio, expanding the service infrastructure available to landlords transitioning to the brand. The integration provides existing clients with access to the franchise network's broader operational capabilities and tenant support systems.
