LonRes launches new instant messaging service for agents
LonRes has introduced a dedicated messaging platform designed specifically for its subscriber base.
Dubbed Network Messenger, the new tool enables real estate professionals to establish direct communication channels with fellow platform users. Key functionality includes group chat creation, property listing discussions, and client requirement sharing. The system accommodates various file formats, supporting both hyperlinks and PDF attachments for seamless document exchange.
The desktop version of Network Messenger is now live, while the company continues development on a mobile application to extend accessibility across devices.
Chris Welch, sales director at LonRes, emphasized the platform's network advantage: "With approximately 5,000 registered users, Network Messenger taps into what represents one of central London's most extensive property networks. The architecture prioritizes agent autonomy—users maintain complete discretion over information sharing and recipient selection. Our stringent qualification process ensures all subscribers meet rigorous standards, including full AML compliance. This creates a secure, pre-vetted ecosystem where agents can collaborate with confidence."
Welch further highlighted the platform's geographic versatility: "Network Messenger serves the entire LonRes community, whether they operate in prime London markets or surrounding regions. The tool facilitates transactions across multiple scenarios—intra-city relocations, London-to-countryside moves, reverse migrations, and eventually international property connections."
